Then at the 2nd window is even worse they’re all talking very distracted always forget to put items or sauces that were requested and are clearly on the screen. Don’t ask for a kids meal you’ll be getting a meal without a drink, toy, and fries. And if you ask for an extra patty they say it’s not possible.

The bathrooms were nasty with no paper towels, no toilet paper and not even napkins for dining. We asked for service but honestly, I don't think they had enough people to offer any help to anyone or update their bathrooms or put out napkins for guests.

My daughter said that this Hialeah location was 1 out of only 25 BK locations in the US that was honored with these special decorations from the SpongeBob movie. This BK is huge inside and there was a 3 hour line recently to get inside to see all of it. We went thru the drive-in and ordered dessert. I irdered the Hershey pie, which was refreshingly delicious and only $1.99. My daughter got the Frozen Fanta Strawberry with cold foam and loved it. The lady cashier was impatient about something at the window but we had no idea about what was going on. We stopped and took pictures after the order and had fun enjoying the displays.
