- RHRichard HeinzJan 25, 20261.0Went to this BK on Friday, January 23 at around 3:00 pm. First went to the drive thru, waited for 10 minutes at the microphone, nobody greeted, or said a word. We decided to go inside. The place inside was so dingy and old. Floors were not clean, bathroom either and no soap, which made me wonder how employees wash their hands. We ordered on the computers...and there were two employees getting orders ready, had their back to us the entire time as we waited. They were talking to eachother about personal things loud which my kids and I got to listen to the entire story. There was another gentleman there when we arrived, just standing waiting. After about 5 minutes they gave us the coke icy we had ordered. After about 10 minutes one of them finally asked the gentleman what he needed, and he said he was UberEats waiting for an order, to which they had it there ready the entire time, and gave it to him. We waited, and waited, and waited...not even an acknowledgement. Finally after 30 minutes, our order was ready. I had to ask for them to replace the Coke icy because it had fully melted by that point. They wete advertising the jalapeño poppers, but had none! We left, and just couldn't believe what a terrible, uncomfortable experience we just had. Sad, because when I was a student at FIU in the 90's that was our go-to Burger King. No wonder it is now always completely empty. We surely won't be coming back there again!
