  Greatest burger king ever. Epitome of "have it your way", if anyone remembers that marketing slogan. As a carnivore, I order things that are not common menu items, it is more a pieced together meal. Most places are too lazy to sell me just the specific items, but would rather I overpay for an item where 90% of the ingredients are taken off instead. Absolutely a delight to eat here. Great management.

  horrible, absolutely horrible. the cashier was very rude to even serve us — and they were out of all sodas except for water and coke, had no sauces, had no forks or spoons, and when i asked what i could use to eat my hersheys pie, i was handed a knife and a passive aggressive 'sorry'. i was not told they were out of forks/spoons, or else i would not have even ordered it. the cashier was sitting on the counter, specifically where food is served. when we asked for a refund regarding the terrible service and the fact we could not eat our pies, he threw the money on the counter and rolled his eyes. meanwhile, him and another worker had been playing rock papers scissors while we waited never coming back here, these people showed absolutely no customer service skills.

  I really have done my best not to make a fuss about this BK but today's experience was horrendous. Wish I could say the food was awful but we didnt get even as far as ordering. Communication is so important in this environment and the cold fact was that this locations issue seem to stem from a disregard of customer experience. The order taker asked me to please wait. And I waited, far longer than time could realistic afford. After many attempts to get the staff attention at the drive thru and several requests to wait, I got a response. This was after 10 mins waiting.... "our system is down, please pull to the next window." Fine fine, im frustrated alright. I arrive at the next window and clearly no one was there. So I thought okay, no biggie, probably meant the 2nd window right? Wrong. I got there and no one was waiting. Just a bunch of wide eyed and confused employees panicking over 3 customers in the store. There has got to be some accountability here. Age, experience nor knowledge of systems prevents an employee from acknowledging a human being. Theres likely easy fixes here but this is unacceptable. This used to be the good Bk id travel to purchase from. Now its a mess.

  Worst service ever. Messed up my order gave me something totally different. Plus the guy was cussing in Spanish the whole time he was taking my order. I don’t usually leave reviews but this interaction was definitely the worst so i had to. If you are a FIU student i highly recommend go to ihop or kfc walk a little there is a McDonalds but do not go here The staff are very racist and they where cussing in Spanish and behaving rudely i believe because I am brown. So if you are an international student and you don’t want to ruin your mood while picking up your order, do not go here.
