- LALaura AlfonsoNov 7, 20251.0The service at this location is absolutely terrible. When I arrived, there was an elderly man waiting in line with another gentleman behind him. The second man eventually gave up and left without even getting his food. I tried to call the staff politely, and although they looked at me, they completely ignored me. After a while, another man came out while cleaning, and I asked him for help. He said he would get someone, but also mentioned that they were busy attending to drive-thru customers. I haven’t been back here in about two years because of similar poor service, and this visit confirmed nothing has changed. It truly broke my heart to see that elderly man standing there, being completely ignored. I won’t be coming back anytime soon.
