    I’m a frequent customer at this location and order the exact same item about five times a week — a plain double Whopper with no bun. Tonight, I was charged for a single patty instead. When I calmly asked to add the second patty and pay the difference, I was told it would cost $3.41. I questioned the price because I usually pay about $1 more for the double meat version. After going back and forth, I was told it was being processed as a “new order.” That was not my mistake — I placed the same order I always do, most likely it was a simple misunderstanding. What made this worse and was troublesome was the behavior of the employee, Angelo. The interaction became argumentative on his end when I was just trying to get clarification for the additional charge., and when I went to pay the difference just to move on, he aggressively took the money out of my hand. I asked to speak to the manager on duty, she reacted unbothered. When I told her how can she allow such disrespect and aggression from an employee, she stated she “had her headphones on,” and didn’t hear the interaction that I just explained even thought she was present during the interaction. She offered to give me back the money and I did not take it. This was never about the money it’s about professionalism and basic respect towards every customers. Rude and aggressive behavior should never be tolerated in customer service. It is concerning that Burger King appears to be failing to provide adequate training and clear customer service standards for both employees and management. There should be defined expectations for how customers are treated — especially repeat customers. Their slogan says “You Rule.” Unfortunately, that did not reflect my experience tonight. Very disappointing.

    This is by far THE BEST Burger King location hands down. I go out of my way to get my Impossible Whopper from this location; about 25 miles from my house. Although there’s one closer to home that’s about 5 miles. The 9201 location never disappoints. They know how to put together a burger. Proportions are always on point. The ingredients are always fresh. The fries cooked to perfection. And the Coke Zero is never flat. The staff is very friendly and the bathrooms are nice and clean. I highly recommend this location.
