I arrived and called several times but nobody answered, I continued to move forward and upom arriving at the window, I asked if is not working the speaker system, the guy at the window who I supposed could probably be the manager given the way he spoke to me, he told me the speaker works, but they were busy with another order and if I disconnected order there then I have to make the line again. I told him if they were busy with another customer, they should have let me know to hold on a moment please so at least the costumes know to wait there, and telling me to make the line again is extremely disrespectful and inconsiderate. I am beyond angry..
