  I don’t know how I missed this place before! It was my first time at Bubba Gump, and I enjoyed every single moment and every bite of food. Everything was delicious—even my son, who is very picky, ate everything! We loved the classic shrimp plate, ribs, mac & cheese, and the crab sandwiches. And the mojitos… OMG, they were amazing! This will definitely be my go-to spot for daytime lunches. Highly recommend!

  Servizio lento e poco accurato; personale per niente cordiale e poco attento alle esigenze del cliente. Cibo pessimo e non curato: ho ordinato Baja Ceviche e hanno portato il piatto senza l’avocado, per poi portarlo a parte su mia richiesta. Ho chiesto di cambiare tavolo e andare fuori perché l’aria condizionata dentro era troppo alta e hanno negato il cambio dicendo che non c’erano tavoli liberi, salvo cambiare idea quando ho fatto notare che avevo visto dei tavoli liberi.

  1st time coming here and was intrigued at their food especially with the Cajun shrimp. Arrived at the door and was asking about bathroom which we had to walk across the mall to get one when they had one inside their store which may be for customer use which I can understand but when I tried to wash my hands, the soap dispensers were empty and when I asked a staff member to get soap, he said he will get it done and come back but, he never did and even the security of the mall came in and said that they will never add the soap in, so I had to go to the women’s bathroom and grab soap to then go back to the men’s which is already bad enough when they simply could have said we couldn’t. Afterwards when our food arrived, the Cajun Shrimp with garlic bread was good but for me the spice was too much and overpowered all the flavors of the other spices leading a spicy aftertaste in my mouth but, it was decent enough to eat. The only good things to say though is the server who did her best to accommodate but would say I might not return here again.

  One of the worst dining experiences of my life. We waited about 10 minutes for a table—not bad. We then ordered two of the restaurant’s most popular shrimp dishes, a cup of gumbo, and ice water. The waitress wrote our order on a piece of paper, which made me wonder if mistakes might happen given how busy it was. After more than 40 minutes, we still hadn’t received anything—not even water. Instead, the waitress brought three juices to our table, which we hadn’t ordered. When we asked for an update, she said our food was being prepared and would be out soon. A few minutes later, she returned to ask what we had ordered because she couldn’t find the slip with our order. We had a boat tour on Miami’s Biscayne Bay in 40 minutes, so we couldn’t wait any longer. We ended up wasting 50 minutes without eating or even getting water. I understand that mistakes happen, but it’s unacceptable that the waitress didn’t check on us and then gave us inaccurate information. The restaurant’s order management appears very poor, making errors like this far too likely. I love Forrest Gump and was excited to visit Bubba Gump Shrimp Co., but this experience was deeply disappointing.

  Somos asiduos a Bubba Gump. Siempre que visitamos una ciudad donde tengan un local, comemos en varias ocasiones allí. Se puede decir que somos fans de su ambiente, estética y comida. Pero jamás nos han tratado tan mal como el pasado 17 de diciembre al mediodía. El trato y la atención por parte de una de las camareras (no recordamos el nombre, pero era la única en ese turno que hablaba español, porque era latina) fue lamentable y bochornoso. Le pedimos agua templada, porque no queríamos tomar nada frío, así que hizo todo lo contrario. Le pedimos que trajese los platos uno a uno, ya que íbamos a compartir, y los trajo todos de golpe. Y lo peor fue al final, tardó media hora de reloj en atendernos para pedir la cuenta, y cuando la trajo, fue de malas formas. Por eso no quisimos dejarle propina (siempre lo hacemos). Lo que jamás imaginábamos es que nos PERSEGUIRÍA hasta la puerta para reclamarnos esa propina. Al decirle que no es obligatorio, su respuesta fue "pero sí sugerido". Le argumentamos los motivos para no dársela y nos insultó. Es increíble que alguien así pueda estar atendiendo al público.
