I haven't been to Bonefish in years. On the cover restaurant looks very inviting until your seated then you notice the dust on the the wood fixtures next to the table, just showed lack of cleaning being done. Anyway the food was okay nothing really stood out. Lobster stuffed shrimp sounded good but wasn't. Desert was good, cheesecake with warm cherries...
Drinks were amazing...
I chose Bonefish Grill Kendall, after a while of not being there, to surprise my wife for her birthday, and the experience was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the host and especially by the manager, whose genuine care and attention made us feel valued and at home. We had truly missed the warmth of the staff - it was wonderful to feel it again. She went above and beyond to ensure my wife felt celebrated and special. The food was exquisite, the atmosphere inviting, and the staff - including Abel & Greg - were attentive, polite, and proactive in offering suggestions from the menu. Every detail of our celebratory visit reflected excellence, making it a memorable experience that we will cherish.

After a while away, dining at Bonefish Grill Kendall was simply amazing. I went to celebrate the day before my birthday, and from the moment we walked in, we felt truly welcomed by the hosts Greg & Gigi, and especially Marissa the manager, she is exceptional - her warmth and genuine care always make you feel at home, and she made us feel incredibly special. Even without a reservation, we were given a beautiful table. The food was absolutely delicious, and the staff, including Tyler & Gaby, were extremely attentive and polite, always in happy spirits. They truly deserve to be the number one restaurant in the neighborhood.

My wife and I have been loyal customers of Bonefish Grill for nearly 20 years, and we have also been Dine Rewards members for many years. We have consistently chosen your restaurants because of the quality of service and respect shown to guests until today.
We had a confirmed reservation for 6:45 PM, arriving with the expectation of enjoying a peaceful and pleasant evening. Upon being seated, we politely asked if a particular waitress could take care of our table. At that moment, we were abruptly and rudely interrupted by the restaurant manager, Mr. Ash, who stated in a very disrespectful tone that this waitress could not serve us because she was performing other functions.
The issue, however, was not the staffing decision itself, but rather the manner in which Mr. Ash addressed my wife and me. His tone was improper, dismissive, and unprofessional. He spoke to my wife rudely, offered no greeting, showed no courtesy, and then walked away without so much as a smile or acknowledgment of our presence, despite our long-standing loyalty and having a reservation.
Both my wife and I felt deeply disrespected and humiliated by this interaction. As a result, we chose to leave the restaurant immediately, carrying with us a very negative impression and a sense of being completely mistreated.
After almost two decades of patronage, this experience was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. Unfortunately, due to this unjustified and disrespectful treatment, we have decided that we will not return to this location or any Bonefish Grill ever again, as this type of behavior from a manager does not reflect the standards of hospitality and respect that your brand claims to uphold. Will take our business to other restaurants for sure.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but my experience during my last visit was uncomfortable enough that I feel people should know. I came in toward the end of the evening, and while the regular staff was polite and helpful, the lady manager I believe her name is Mari something on duty made the entire atmosphere feel tense and unwelcoming.
From the moment I walked in, I could sense something was off. The employees looked nervous, almost like they were walking on eggshells. As the store got closer to closing time, the manager kept pacing around, hovering behind the staff, and watching everyone in this very intense, uncomfortable way. At first, I tried to ignore it, but then I noticed she kept staring directly at me—not for a moment or two, but constantly, almost every time I looked up. It made me feel rushed, judged, and honestly like I wasn’t welcome. Instead of a subtle “we’re closing soon,” it felt like she was trying to pressure me out with her eyes alone.
What bothered me more was how she treated her employees. I overheard her speaking to them in a sharp, dismissive tone that felt completely unnecessary. She wasn’t giving guidance—she was barking orders. One employee asked her a simple question and she snapped back at them in a rude way that immediately changed the energy in the room. Watching the employees’ reactions made it even worse; they looked visibly uncomfortable, like they were used to being spoken to like that and just had to tolerate it. You could tell they were trying their best to stay professional, but the tension she created was impossible to ignore.
As a customer, it made me feel bad for the people working there. No one should have to work in an environment where they feel belittled or constantly watched. And no customer should feel stared down or pressured while simply trying to shop before closing.
I left feeling extremely uncomfortable and disappointed. The manager’s behavior was not only unprofessional—it created an overall hostile environment. I genuinely hope upper management becomes aware of how their staff is being treated and makes some changes, because the employees deserve better and customers shouldn’t have to witness that kind of treatment.
Based on this experience alone, I honestly don’t feel comfortable returning unless there’s a change in management or training. This wasn’t just “a bad night”—it was a pattern of behavior that was impossible to ignore.
