SoulEdge: Achtung Exceptionally Gratitude Arrived bit after 4:13 pm. The Hostess informed me, there will be a event soon. And the furniture will be removed, once Bahia closes at 5 pm. That said I decided to "wing it." Met Robert at Bahia (apologies if I got his name wrong) who was busy. While I ordered the Prawns Po' Boy & Lavazza Ice Latte. When served the Prawns Po' Boy, presentation was flawless. Its bun was well toasted & well cooked fried shrimp, good portion of fries too. Strong Ice Latte taste, that's good. With 5 pm fast approaching, I couldn't finish the tasty dish. Robert did notice that, & helped me out. The staff at Bahia had a duty to do. Things change on the fly. I for one am glad to crossed paths with professional personnel at Bahia. Visit dedicated to my then German American ex girlfriend who looks like Lagertha from a vikings tv show. She'd say "When good service given. Pay it Forward or Pow right in your kisser (meaning me) & to the moon lol." Cue in the song Lose My Mind by Don Toliver (ft. Doja Cat) & song End Game by Taylor Swift ‧ 🇺🇸🇩🇪✌️🎸

Sun, Salt & Watermelon 🍉☀️ Miami heat, poolside shade, and watermelon slices dusted in Tajín honestly the perfect way to pretend the world is on pause. Between the snacks, the sunshine, and everyone stealing fries off each other’s plates, this turned into one of those long, lazy lunches you never want to end. 🌴💦 📍Bahía Miami – Four Seasons 1435 Brickell Ave, Miami, FL What We Ordered at Bahía: • Watermelon Tajín Plate – Ice-cold slices with Tajín, chamoy, and watermelon candy. The ultimate summer bite. 🍉🌶️ • Couscous Salad – Fresh herbs, cranberries, tomato, cucumber, lemon juice, labneh. Bright and refreshing. 🥗 • BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwich – House BBQ sauce, coleslaw, pickles, fries. Smoky and sweet. 🥪🍟 • Wagyu Hot Dog – Grilled and scored, soft bun, crispy fries on the side. 🌭 • Bahía Smash Burger – Double Wagyu patty, melty American cheese, pickles, pepperoncini, fries. 🍔🔥 • Cookies & Cream Paleta (Dipped in Milk Chocolate) – Cold, crunchy magic. The kind of treat you pretend you’re sharing. 🍦🍫 • Mini Condiment Set – Tiny Tabascos + fancy ketchups because everything tastes better when it’s miniature. 🌶️🧂 Come for the sun. Stay for the snacks. Leave with watermelon-sticky fingers and Miami still on your mind.
