  Fresh, yummy bagels with great flavor and generous cream cheese. The staff is very friendly and service is fast, even when busy. Cozy spot with excellent breakfast sandwiches. Definitely coming back

  I was at Dunkin’ Donuts and I asked someone where is the “best Breakfast Place in the area” He showed me three blocks down bagel boss, he said “this is the best place don’t go anywhere else, it’s a waste of time any other place “ Me Coming from New York, This bagel boss restaurant is Best place I’ve been in a very long time!!!!   I asked for a garlic bagel and the garlic was a bit burnt and I asked to change the bagel. I touched the burnt garlic bagel to take it out of the bag and the manager Catalina said I have to pay for the new and the burnt one too because I touched it. I regular this place 2 to 3 times a week since you opened.. this just left me with a bad taste . She was argumentative because I didn’t want to pay for the burnt bagel…I paid for 3 bagels and left with 2. Next time I will go somewhere else. Losing a bagel is less costly than losing a regular customer .. 1/30/2016 7:55am

  I ordered a can of coke at the normal time of 11:20 looking for a nice cold drink to clear my mind. After paying, I go over to get my can and find that every can of coke in what looked like a refrigerated area, is room temperature and that room happens to be a crisp 72 degrees.

  I was visiting my parents in Miami, and we stopped by Bagel Boss right before closing for a quick meal. My dad ordered a flagel with scallion tofu cream cheese and absolutely loved it. Since I was heading out of town the next day, I went back to the register to buy some extras to leave in my parents’ fridge. Carolina was incredibly kind and helpful. There were no flagels left up front, but she found six that had just come out of the oven and helped me put together an order to bring to the hospital we were heading to afterward. The nurses loved the bagels and cream cheese, and it made me so happy to leave some for my parents as well. Definitely going back.
