Terrible waiter attitude. We asked for a shredded cheese substitution for Parmesan and he said it was not possible because the kitchen would get confused. He didn’t even try. Avoid

They quietly add 18% tip to all bills, then hand you a credit card machine that asks if you want to add 18% tip. This meant I accidentally tipped almost 40% and didn't realize it until later. Very deceptive practice. You should probably avoid them.

Great club sandwich and fries, big enough to share, and fantastic drinks. The pina colada can’t be beat! Server (Nancy) was great! Overall great experience with friends at the airport!

Just had a terrible experience at this airport location. My wife and I were looking forward to a relaxing meal and a drink before our international flight, but the staff kicked us out because our kids had Subway sandwiches. Yeah, you read that right. They're situated in an airport with tons of food options right in front of them, and they can't handle a couple of subs. The staff was super rude about it, citing 'company policy' as if that justifies being inhospitable. I get it, they want to sell their own food, but come on. We were willing to spend money, just not on the kids' meals since the kids didn’t like the options. The policy seems especially tone deaf given the location and the fact that we had looked at their kids' menu beforehand (limited options, btw) before grabbing the subs they wanted. Wouldn't recommend until they revisit that policy and train staff to be more understanding.

Ordered to go then as we were about to head out to check-in We noticed our flight is late. My 9yo wanted to eat so we set down for 10 minutes so he could finish his chicken tenders. We were told we can't stay as we ordered "to go". I even offered to pay extra if required. They made us, switch to high tables even though we had 1y.o. daughter with us. There was plenty of empty tables. I think they could of made exception for kids and not make us move or charge extra and let the kid finish his food that we bought from them.
