We came for my mother in law's birthday brunch. It was great, it was well decorated and beautifully put together with all the blossoms and flowers, very cheesy and romantic for anyone who appreciates things like that. It's an IDEAL spot for the older, extra, Latina woman in your life.
The service is relatively quick with the servers being on top of clearing the table and checking on us - which, of course, we loved. There was a live sax player and that was very relaxing for a Sunday brunch - vibes were nearly immaculate.
For Brunch we ordered:
- "Dale Croqeutica" these were great, all were flavorful and the aioli was a perfect complement to each croqueta. We were a group of 4 (2 men/2 women) so I would say that the portion is a bit small, but would've been fine if it were just 2 people.
- "Huevos Rancheros" - the portion of this dish was huge, it was a table favorite because it was steaming hot and fresh. There is tons of sauce and sausage with lots of flavor.
- "Avocado Toast" - a healthy breakfast that I enjoyed, the eggs were cold but I wasn't bothered too much since it was essentially just toast. It's definitely a simple meal and not out of this world, but was well executed and very fresh.
- "NY steak" with Brussel sprouts and platanos. The steak was ordered medium well and came a little undercooked but better than overcooked so we enjoyed it. Very good seasoning and flavor and the Brussel sprouts were a hit - they have a spicy, kimchi seasoning that complemented the meal very well.

We really enjoyed this experience. We went here on a date night and the ambiance, food, and drinks were all great. The only thing that we had an issue with was there was a little bit of a language barrier as we do not speak Spanish, and there was a little mixup with our appetizer, but that’s no big deal.
Food: Get some plates we ordered the tuna tacos, which were delicious. Surf and turf, ribeye, guava, cheesecake, and crème brûlée. Everything was honestly very well done and delicious. We also ordered a drink which was yummy.
Definitely recommended for a date night. They have a really nice outdoor area as well.

Visited this location on Sunday with my grandchildren. Valet parking only is a little disappointing. The gentleman that run the valet were nice and professional. The meals we ordered were expensive and presentation was good but the food was awful. I ordered the kids macaroni and cheese and the chicken strips with fries. The macaroni and cheese was exact copy of Kraft macaroni and cheese. Tasted like it as well. It was $10. That was my first disappointment. The chicken strips and fries were good but not fresh made. Came from a distributor frozen in a bag. That meal was $14.00. The 2 fresh lemonades I got for the kids we're excellent. Tasted fresh and not overly sweet. $10. for 2 lemonades. I ordered a cappuccino for my drink. It was very good. $4.00. I also ordered the Chicken pasta with penne pasta. Was extremely salty and the portion was very small. $25.00 for that.
Before we received our drinks and meals I accidentally dropped my fork. The busboy picked it up but didn't bring me a replacement. I had to get one from a table next to me. Also a hostess grabbed a chair from my table and just said excuse me. I mean it was ok but why couldn't she get a chair from a table that wasn't occupied. It was just awkward. I loved that they had a violin player entertaining the patrons. My grandchildren loved it.
So my impression of this restaurant is not a good one. I noticed when we drove past that it looked very busy. I've been in the restaurant business for over 35 years and that usually tells me that the food must be good. But unfortunately that was not the case. I won't be going back. I would prefer to spend my money when it's worth it.

We chose A Love Story to celebrate a special anniversary, and given the restaurant’s pricing and reputation, we expected an experience that reflected professionalism, inclusivity, and attention to detail—especially since we paid extra for anniversary décor and a curated dining experience.
Unfortunately, the beginning of our visit was deeply disappointing. As a same-sex couple, we were initially approached by a server named Brian. Once it became clear that we were a same-sex couple, his demeanor changed noticeably. He did not return to our table and instead sent another server without explanation. There was no communication, no handoff, and no professionalism shown in how the situation was handled. Being dismissed in that way, particularly during an anniversary celebration at a high-end restaurant, was uncomfortable and disheartening.
To be clear, when you work in hospitality—especially in an upscale establishment—you are expected to serve everyone with the same level of respect and care. Personal bias has no place in a professional dining environment.
That said, we want to sincerely thank Elizabeth, who stepped in and completely turned the service around. She was attentive, kind, professional, and made us feel genuinely welcomed. Her service was excellent and truly reflected the level of hospitality this restaurant should consistently provide.
The food and ambiance were enjoyable, but an experience like this is about more than cuisine—it’s about how guests are treated. For a restaurant that positions itself as romantic and celebratory, inclusivity and professionalism should be non-negotiable.
We hope management takes this feedback seriously so that future guests—regardless of who they love—are treated with the respect they deserve.
