  The food, the service, and the vibe was great! Nicole was amazingly kind, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. She brought our drinks and food out promptly and everything was correct and delicious. We were visiting in town for a work trip and Nicole treated us with the utmost kindness. Highly recommend for a delicious dinner and great experience!

  Unprofessional, Filthy, and Incompetent Avoid this place at all costs. I arrived at 11:30 AM and the restaurant was completely empty, yet they couldn't handle a simple order of chicken fajitas. After waiting for over 40 minutes, they finally told me they were canceling my order. When I complained, the owner was incredibly rude and unprofessional, claiming he could talk however he wanted because "he's the owner." To make matters worse, the food didn't even look fresh, and to top it off, I saw a rat in the trash bin right outside the front door. Empty restaurant, terrible service, and zero hygiene. Save your money and go somewhere else.

  We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the entire staff was warm and professional. A special thank you to Nicole, who was incredibly attentive and knowledgeable. Her recommendations were on point, and the food was fresh and delicious. I definitely recommend this place and look forward to coming back!

  Quisimos celebrar nuestro día de san Valentín con nuestros niños en un lugar diferente y escogimos 305 Peruvian Modern Cusine. No me arrepiento pues disfrutamos una deliciosa comida y recibimos una excelente atención por parte de Dayana, quien fue nuestra anfitriona esta noche. Le damos las gracias a todos por hacer de nuestra velada única e inolvidable. Le damos 5 estrellas a este restaurante.
