  We went to Zuma Miami for Sunday brunch to celebrate my birthday with three little kids and from the moment we arrived, everything was beyond perfect. The gentleman at the front welcomed us so warmly and even took a picture of us, instantly making us feel special and celebrated. The vibe was incredible: beautiful boats outside, great music, great people, and such an uplifting energy all around. The food was extraordinary honestly some of the best in Miami. Every dish was perfection. The champagne service was amazing our waiter kept the glasses full with such great energy and attention. And of course… caviar is always a great idea. Even with three small children, we felt completely taken care of and comfortable. The service was outstanding, the atmosphere was magical, and the entire experience felt luxurious yet warm and welcoming. This wasn’t just a brunch it was a memory. Thank you, Zuma Miami, for making my birthday so special. We can’t wait to come back. 🥂✨

  Depois de 16 anos, o restaurante segue lindo e a comida segue boa. Mas o tempo o consolidou como um lugar que dá prioridade a quem quer ver e ser visto. A proposta é válida para quem estiver nesse estado de espírito, mas vem com contingências: - Fazer reserva com um mês de antecendência e ficar 30 minutos aguardando em pé numa fila de mais 40 pessoas que também tinham feito reserva; - Ser tratado com displicência pela gerente Júlia quando ela entende que, depois disso, Você tem que aceitar que lhe dêem a pior mesa do restaurante, sem reclamar; - Aceitar receber uma mesa externa, completamente desconectada do ambiente interno, sob a ameaça declarada de que “ou é isso ou não temos mais nada para Vos oferecer”. O Zuma de Miami está 100% fora do padrão Zuma das outras cidades. O pessoal está desconectado da cultura de atendimento atencioso e respeitoso das demais unidades. Foi a última vez. Não faz sentido pagar todo este dinheiro para ser tratado com desrespeito.

  We spent close to $400 for dinner last night for two people, the Asian manager told our waiter after we had ordered a dessert that we are not going to get this dessert because we are occupying the table for too long. This is utterly disgusting behavior. You cannot rescind an order of food, especially after spending so much money there and having been there for at least an hour and a half only .No excuse, I would save your money. There is dozens of extravagant restaurants besides this in Miami that will never take away your dessert order after 10 minutes of ordering it. I’ve been to many Zuma locations, last year was one Mykonos. But this Asian manager really had a chip on her shoulder after she spoke to our waiter. I will definitely not be going to any more Zumas after this, and I will not be recommending this place to any of my followers.

  Always an amazing experience at Zuma Miami. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere feels lively, stylish, and welcoming. The staff is genuinely kind and attentive to every detail! Everyone is friendly, helpful, and always on top of things which make this experience a 10 out of 10. The food is always delicious and beautifully prepared. Their brunch is hands down one of my favorites in Miami. There is a great variety of options, especially if you love sushi. Everything tastes fresh and delicious, and there is truly something for everyone to enjoy. The sushi selection during brunch is incredible and easy to go back for seconds. But there isn’t just sushi. They also have a verity of deserts which is so nice and when I went there was even a chocolate fountain. When I visited, the outside section was open, which made the experience even better. Sitting outside added such a great vibe and really elevated the brunch experience. Zuma is a perfect spot for brunch with friends, celebrating something special,like birthdays. I went with family and had a great time, as always. I always leave executed and already planning my next visit. I highly recommend it and can’t wait to go back again. Every time feels completely worth it there. The building itself is also gorgeous.

  Cool – und ehrlich: einfach nur wow! Trotz einer Verspätung von ganzen 1 Stunde (massiver Verkehrsstau zwischen Miami Beach und Miami) hat es das Zuma wirklich möglich gemacht, dass wir unseren Tisch trotzdem bekommen konnten. Allein dafür: riesiger Respekt und ein ganz großes Danke! Das hat uns echt den Abend gerettet. Die Stimmung war wie immer super fancy, lebendig und einfach besonders. Und diese Location direkt an der Zugbrücke ist wirklich fantastisch – man sitzt da und denkt sich nur: „Genau so muss ein Abend in Miami sein.“ Auch das Restaurant selbst ist unglaublich stylish, elegant und mit so viel Gefühl fürs Detail. Und dann das Essen… ein Gedicht! Jeder Gang ist ein kleines Kunstwerk – von der Präsentation bis zum Geschmack einfach perfekt. Man merkt sofort, dass hier mit Leidenschaft gekocht wird. Der Service ist ebenfalls absolute Spitzenklasse: aufmerksam, herzlich, professionell und dabei total entspannt. Das Personal leistet hier wirklich Unglaubliches. Großes Kompliment auch an das Küchenteam und den Küchenchef – ihr macht das auf einem Niveau, das man nicht vergisst. Für mich ganz klar: ein Abend, der im Kopf bleibt. Wir kommen definitiv wieder! Es gibt ja noch Restaurants die wir nicht probiert haben. Vielleicht im Pop Up in Gstaad?
