- RBRene BorrotoMar 31, 20261.0I ordered a double toasted bagel with cream cheese and asked for the bagel to be toasted on both sides. The response was, "Yes, no problem"... What I received was a barely toasted on one side bagel, so I asked why... the response was that the store manager doesn't allow the staff to toast on both sides because the bagel will stick to the conveyor in the toaster. This is absolutely BS. Toasting on the cut side up already puts the topping side down on the conveyer, if it's going to stick every bagel going thru the toaster would stick. Besides if toasting on both sides is against the "managers rules" say so when the customer is ordering, not just had them what YOU want. One by one Einstein Bros Bagels are disappearing... We the customer are why you exist... or not! I will not be back.

I understand things happen but your most popular bagel is out and no one is rushing to make more. I don't know that was disappointing.
