  The Spanish woman that’s tan with the acne marks is very rude everytime I go even when my friends go too we dread when she works there because she makes the order wrong everytime she doesn’t care about doing things right let alone just being normal to customers I’m not one to care about customer service if u just do my order right she can’t even do that so it’s like why is she even working there and how is she not fired yet but I Love when the gentleman with the glasses and curly hair and nails works and the other tan Spanish gentleman they always get my order right and make the drinks really delicious

  I picked up 2 dozen donuts at 7:30am and when I arrived at 8am and opened the boxes the donuts were all hard stale and crusty. So disappointing

  I have spent 20 dollars at Dunkin' Donuts, and I wanted a cup of water for my son. They charged me 0.50 cents. Guess it’s a new policy. So now you know they are charging for water. water

  I went to the establishment and when I entered everything was fine until I got to the counter I greeted cordially and the staff answered me we are closed that’s why we have the floor wet when in their schedule it says that they close at 10pm this was around 7pm they really should give adequate training to the staff And if it’s closed, why not close the front door?
