The staff member at the window was extremely rude—rolling her eyes at me for no apparent reason and showing clear annoyance during a simple interaction. To make matters worse, I was told that no changes or additions could be made once I reached the window, which felt unnecessarily rigid and dismissive rather than helpful. Customer service here was poor and unwelcoming. A little courtesy and professionalism would go a long way. I won’t be returning to this location.

- GMGena MarieDec 21, 20251.0If I could give this location negative stars, I absolutely would. This was hands down one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. When we first pulled up to the drive-thru, no one answered at all. After sitting there, we realized it was because the young employee was too busy on his phone. When he finally acknowledged us, he acted completely clueless, as if he couldn’t understand a word we were saying, and then told us to drive around and start over. We did, and once again were ignored before anyone responded. After placing our order, we weren’t told until we reached the window that they were out of three items we ordered; something they could have mentioned earlier. The same employee at the window seemed completely out of it, barely able to communicate, with absolutely zero customer service skills. What makes this even more unacceptable is that there was no line at all; not in the drive-thru and not inside. There was no excuse for the chaos, confusion, or attitude. We ended up leaving without ordering anything. This explains exactly why this location has such terrible ratings. Dunkin’ allows people like this to run their business, and it shows. I will never return to this location again.
