Nobody in the store takes 20 minutes in the drive-through with no cars in front of me for somebody to take my order. They tell me to hold on two or three times then they tell me not to drive up to the window until they flag me too. Takes 20 minutes to get your food. Today I tryed to go inside to order my food, person that cash register doesn’t know much English could not take my order needed help which is fine. Maybe she’s new. Then a wait 10 mins, they read off the bag my order I’m assuming everything inside it was right, I get home and the order is completely wrong on top of it. Also taking 10 minutes with only one person in front of me. Every time I go to this Dunkin’ Donuts, it seems like they’re either shorter staff or have plenty of staff, but just takes forever to get your orders if you get it correct!
