  Usually I’m not the kind of person who complains, but every time I come here the same thing happens. Today I ordered two breakfast combos and they didn’t charge me correctly for what I ordered. On top of that, it took forever for them to bring out the food. The coffee tasted horrible and they only gave me one combo instead of the two I ordered. When I complained, after waiting such a long time, the employees just started laughing among themselves. It honestly felt like they were playing around or on a school recess instead of working. Several other customers were complaining as well. The store looked messy and not clean at all. To make things worse, they started speaking in another language and laughing while looking at us, which felt very disrespectful and unprofessional. In the end, after all that waiting and confusion, we still didn’t receive the order we originally asked for. The experience was extremely disappointing.

  My issue with this location is the employees. I find them incredibly rude and inconsiderate. Tried to save a little $ this morning and pick up my own order.. I placed my door dash pick up order 30 mins before actually going into the store to pick it up. i knew they'd be slammed so i waited (i was outside the whole time my location showed i was arrived) however, when i went in i watched the lady make my coffee and leave it sitting there... i watched them put my food in a bag and set it next to my drink and continue what they were doing. i asked if i could get my stuff and they said "one minute.." they continued to talk, to laugh, to take their time. i got so frustrated.. it wasn't until they realized how annoyed i was that they finally got a door dash bag and put it all in.... how unfortunate and ANNOYING that i had to show frustration in order to get my stuff. Sure, your food can be good, but i wont return if you dont give me a reason to. thats customer service 101. seriously DISAPPOINTING.

  It really was not great First of all there was basically nowhere to sit My egg sandwich was burned The iced coffee had so much sugar it was impossible to drink even though I usually love iced coffee from Dunkin' Donuts And on top of all that the place was very dirty Dirty chairs dirty tables overall not a good experience
