- CFCarolina FernandezMar 29, 20261.0I go to Dunkin about 4-5 times a week for my morning drink. A strawberry dragonfruit refresher with black tea. I go to order and the guy tells me that drink does not come with black tea….I tell him that right above him on the menu it says all the options one of them being black tea. He then proceeds to tell me he doesn’t have black tea…only green tea and lemonade. After waiting a good 8-10 minutes for my drink, it comes out and looks like water.

- KBKiel BeckerMar 8, 20264.0We stopped by for a quick coffee and bite, and overall, it was a good experience, though a few things could have been better. I ordered the Iced Shaken Espresso with Sugar-Free Vanilla and almond milk. It was decent, but the drink just didn't feel fully balanced. It was missing that nice, aerated, foamy texture you want in a shaken espresso, and the almond milk ended up overpowering the coffee. If it had been made with just a splash of milk so the bold espresso flavor could really punch through, it would have been perfect. My girlfriend got the Caramel Craze Iced Signature Latte and the Plain Stuffed Bagel Bites. The latte was good, but it definitely needed a heavier hand on the caramel to really live up to the "craze" in the name! As for the bagel bites, they were just okay—they were a little on the hard side and unfortunately lacked enough cream cheese filling inside. Overall, a good visit and we'll be back, but paying just a little more attention to the drink ratios and food freshness would make it a 5-star trip!

Surprise surprise, there is bacon in the middle of the wrap that I accidentally took a bite of and violated my faith-based dietary restrictions. Next, I got served my coffee cold when I asked for a hot one. If you can mess an order that small, that simple, on a non-busy time of the day, you should just quit serving anything.
