  Food is up to par for a dunkin donuts, however employees look scared to do anything without their male manager staring at them in judgement. Felt like I was being inspected with how hard he was looking at me sometimes. Nice place, questionable management

  The management and employees are great here. They always have a smile. They go above and beyond. The food is fresh and they always have everything in stock.

  I'm not the type to leave a review but recently came in and the atmosphere felt really off. The staff didn’t look like they enjoyed being there, and the overall energy felt tense. The manager also seemed to have an attitude that made the environment uncomfortable. It’s unfortunate because the food and drinks were actually good, but the vibe of the place made the experience feel unpleasant. I hope things improve for the staff and customers.

  Tortured souls at work. I’m not sure if management has changed or something had happened to this location, but I can see that this place is going down hill. The store location was dirty and I almost slipped on the floor (not signage) because it was wet. I pity the employees as they appear to be working under undesirable conditions. The middle sized man with little to no hair, made me uncomfortable with the glaring looks in my direction. I don’t know if he thought I didn’t deserve to be there or not but I don’t appreciate it. An apology won’t even fix how I feel because I will not be returning. Other than that the food and drinks were good.
