  Stopped at Dunkin’ after a long, stressful vet visit with our two dogs, just trying to grab a quick bite through the drive-thru. Simple order turned into a whole mess. I politely asked to swap the drink in the $6 meal—was told no, fine. So I said I didn’t want it anymore and would order something else… and somehow they still got it wrong. When I tried to fix it at the window, the employee had a nasty attitude and acted like I was the problem. Didn’t even bother finishing the order—I just left. Customer service was terrible. Definitely not coming back.

  Under staffed!! The lines on the weekends are insane. There's only two people attending for their high demand. The staff has always been cordially helpful when I go, is sad to see a company overworking their employees.

  Absolutely terrible experience. I ordered a loaded hash brown with bacon, and there was no bacon at all. I also never received my chocolate doughnut, even though it was part of my order. On top of that, the service was awful. My food was thrown at me instead of handed to me, coffee had no cream, and to make it worse, coffee spilled everywhere. This wasn’t just a small mistake. It was careless, disrespectful, and completely unacceptable. I expect basic accuracy and decent treatment when I pay for food, and this location failed on all of that. I won’t be coming back.
