  I never leave bad reviews but I was beyond disappointed with dominos today. I haven’t eaten dominos in a few months so me and my husband decided to order a small pizza at 9:50PM. it said it had arrived at 10:03PM. i went outside and nothing. i waited and waited by my door with my husband and NOTHING. my husband had to go out at 10:40PM. the pizza arrived at 11:10PM. this is unbelievable. OVER AN HOUR of delivery when this location is only 8 minutes away from me is ridiculous. not only did it take incredibly long to arrive but it was a cheese pizza and we ordered pepperoni. they really could not even do the bare minimum and atleast get the order right. my order said “hand to me” the drive rang the doorbell, ran to the car and drove away, left the pizza at the front door. very unprofessional. i’ve called multiple time throughout all of this and not one answer. i am very disappointed. do better.

  The employees at this location are clearly cheating the system. My pickup order showed “ready for pickup” in the tracker, but when I arrived, the order was not ready at all. I ended up waiting over 45 minutes after the app claimed it was completed. It’s obvious they are marking orders as ready just to meet their required time frames. When I asked about it, the employee said they were backed up and that he was working alone until someone else arrived. While I understand staffing issues, this is completely unacceptable. It’s unfair to customers who plan their pickup time based on the tracker, and it’s also unfair to employees who are clearly overworked and set up to fail. To make matters worse, no apology, no discount, no compensation, nothing was offered for the inconvenience. Poor management, misleading order tracking, and lack of accountability.

  Always on time always hot always fresh love it. When I do go for inside pick up it always looks clean and organized

  Third time ive ordered a pizza and it says its been delivered when it really isnt. And calling to ask about your order is pointless, theyll just have you on hold for 20 minutes. Worst dominos store ive ever seen
