I placed an order online that was estimated to arrive within 30–50 minutes. Out of nowhere, I received an email apologizing for an “unsatisfactory delivery”—which was confusing, because I had not received my order at all at that point. The email essentially warned me something had gone wrong before I even had any update. When I checked the Domino’s app tracker, it falsely showed that my order had already been delivered. This was completely inaccurate. I attempted to call the store multiple times, but no one answered. Instead, I was stuck in a continuous loop of an automated message. With no other option, I got in my car and drove to the store myself. When I arrived, I saw two young female employees working, and there was no clear indication that they were unable to answer phones. In fact, my phone was still on hold while I stood in front of the employee, and no signs of any calls coming through. When I explained that my order had been marked as delivered when it hadn’t, the employee initially argued that it had. Then she revised her response and told me the app was “wrong”, and that it sometimes automatically marks orders as delivered after a delay. That is incredibly misleading and was the sole reason I had to waste time and gas driving there. I also raised concerns about the lack of communication. Simply saying “we’re busy” is not a valid excuse. Pizza establishments are always busy—that’s the nature of the business. I’ve seen much busier locations where employees, dripping sweat, still manage to answer phones and assist customers. Additionally, the fact that I received an automated apology email proves that communication systems at Dominoes exist—so why was there no direct call or message explaining the delay? To make matters worse, I wasn’t offered any apology or compensation for the inconvenience and wasted time. Instead, I received e-mailed coupons in advance to perpetuate business with this lackluster company. Communication at this location is extremely poor, and the explanations I was given were unacceptable. These two young ladies were more than capable of picking up the phone. The atmosphere I witnessed wasn’t hectic at all. To the manager, Jessica: I strongly recommend either hiring more staff or ensuring your team is properly trained to handle higher workloads while maintaining basic customer service standards.

IF YOU EAT DINNER DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE. The delivery is always late, when it’s delivered, is to the wrong address because drivers apparently don’t know how to read apartment numbers.
