  The app says order will be ready at a specific time but once you're at the store they say it's not ready. The workers have a bad attitude. No wonder this location was closed for a while. Just horrible. Dominos do better

  Horrible service!! I placed an order, the email confirmation said my order will take 39min to be delivered. My food came cold 2hrs later! On top of being late, my order was wrong! I have called the location multiple times asked to speak with a manager, placed on hold and than they hang up. The last time I called I asked again to speak with a manager the same rude lady answered the phone screaming Joel get the phone and again I was placed hold for 20 more minutes and the phone hung up. These people have the slightest idea on running a business or customer service and playing with people hard earn money. I will never order from here again, this place is not what it used to be.

  La atención en este punto de venta deja mucho qUe desire. Upon arrival, two employees were at the cash register discussing money issues or cash closing and were not able to even offer a “good night.” I understand that internal situations may arise, but ignoring the client is not acceptable. The greeting is the most basic thing in any service experience. As a customer service professional, I believe that these types of failures reflect a lack of training and supervision. It’s a frustrating experience that shouldn’t be normalized.

  I have experienced the absolute worst service from this establishment. I will never order from this Domino's again. I just placed three calls, and each time they answered, they placed the phone on hold without a word—no greeting, no "please hold," nothing. This is incredibly unprofessional and rude. I am extremely upset. I sincerely hope corporate takes action and terminates those employees; they do not deserve to work in this business.

  I received a wrong item which wasn’t a big deal. The driver was nice and said he would bring the correct order back to me. The store is 4 minutes away. Over 40 minutes and I hadn’t received the order. I called and the guy I spoke to at the store said he didn’t know the drivers ETA and couldn’t tell me how long the driver would take because he isn’t the driver. Well obviously you aren’t the driver. When I asked him to call the driver he said he doesn’t know his number??? Makes no sense. Obviously a lie. When I asked to speak to the manager, he said the manager was too busy in a meeting. Mind you, it was 9pm. Obviously another lie. Horrible customer service. Dominoes you need to do better. I deserve my money back for the portion I didn’t receive.
