  Muy mala atención , el sábado 11 de abril las dos muchachas se burlaron de mi acento cubano ( con muy mal trato ) no están preparada para trabajar con publico no debemos pasar por alto ese acto de racismo .

  NEVER COMING BACK THEY NEEDD new employees and management on Saturday yesterday 4/11 my aunt went to Dairy Queen to get an ice cream and the girl there threw away her ice cream and said she had to pay for a new one and insulting her all because she said her ice cream was too soft and it’s melting if she can please just get ice cream thats a little more firmer (Nobody wants an ice cream already melting if you guys just scooped it) we didn’t catch the girls names but I would never go back I hope these girls learn how to speak to people before ever working somewhere else

  If I could give 0 stars I genuinely would, I went to the mall on Saturday April 11 2026 and decided to get some ice cream, the ice cream that they gave me was basically melting already so I asked if they could give me a new one. One of the employees ( I guess she was new) took it back and threw it out, she then proceeds to ask one of the other employees what to do in that situation and the other employee said that I would have to pay for a whole other ice cream when they had thrown mine out and at the . That employee was being extremely rude and unprofessional and not even to mention disrespectful. She even mentioned that if I have a $4000 bag why I couldn’t just buy another ice cream. At that point she shouldn’t not be employed anywhere if she is going to be treating customers like this especially paying customers. Horrible service.

  Without any doubt it is one of my favorite places to eat a banana split which is the best, but I do not recommend the new bread with dogs that they make there for nothing, it was a bad experience but I make up for it the ice creams that are the best but the breads with dogs I do not recommend it
