  Came here for lunch and ordered a bowl. Was explained at the end that they have no sauce for in person purchasers but only for online orders? I told them I wouldn’t have ordered if there was no sauce for the bowl and they were unwilling to help and gave major attitude.

  The staff was very friendly and the service was great. However, the place could use some tidying up—it looked quite messy during my visit last night.

  I have visited this Chipotle location on several occasions, and I have consistently found the food to be of good quality. However, my experience today was profoundly disappointing due to substandard customer service. Upon arrival, the glass display case was heavily covered in steam, rendering it impossible to view the food options clearly. When I attempted to place an order for a bowl, the employee exhibited a negative attitude from the outset. She was inattentive, repeatedly stated that she did not understand my request despite my clear explanations, and made no effort to listen or assist. It appeared she was simply fulfilling the requirements of her shift with minimal engagement or professionalism. Service accounts for approximately 70% of any business’s success. Regrettably, this interaction has been so unsatisfactory that I will not be returning to this location in the future.
