  So I don’t even know where to start. I opened my food and when I was eating, I pulled out not one but TWO butts of lettuce. Did I get a Buy 1 Get 2 free butts of lettuce or something? Unbelievable, this was my favorite spot after school.

  Placed a delivery order and the whole order was missing or had the wrong items and the food was cold. Called the store and I could not get anyone who spoke English on the phone to correct the order. Was told with broken English, that the manager would not be in the store till 4pm to call back then and was hanged up on, at this point I had to place another food order from somewhere else so my team could have their lunch. The worst customer service ever do not order from this location.

  U.S. food safety regulations generally prohibit animals inside restaurants where food is prepared or served, yet my recent experience was extremely concerning. There were at least five customers dining inside with dogs. During the visit, one dog urinated on the floor while guests were actively eating. The owner cleaned it with paper towels, but without washing her hands afterward, she proceeded to serve fountain drinks. Another individual carried their dog throughout the restaurant, including near food preparation areas, and no staff member addressed it. This raises serious hygiene and food safety concerns. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I will not be returning.

  Probably one of the most horrible hospitality experiences I’ve ever had. As a company, how do you justify having two people on the line helping Guest on a Saturday afternoon with my line going out your front door…. I was in line for 20 minutes and only made it halfway. Bathrooms disgusting so I can only imagine what your kitchen looks like. Your dining room, disgusting, almost every other table filled with food on top Including the floors. All your stuff looked miserable, no sense of hospitality to any guest and seemed like they wanted to just run out the door. This is not an exaggeration. The company as large as all the resources you guys have available. Explain to me how you are Building a culture where your staff try to enjoy being at work and when we’re the guest you’re welcome. That’s a loaded question because you’re not.

  Honestly they never have anything ready always the tables are a little dirty and worst part of all is their portion size. They give you so little protein and rice and beans. I asked for double chicken and got a scoot and a half. Their excuse…that’s double portions. Today I went to a different chipotle and they actually gave me double chicken. Overall never going to this chipotle again Also they messed up my order and were like “it’s okay you can still take it”
