  I visit this neighborhood Chipotle at least once a week and initially had some patience as a new location. However, after a few months, the service has become consistently disappointing. Lines are always out the door, and they frequently run out of food without replacements ready. During my last visit, I waited 30-45 minutes, only to find employees taking breaks while the line grew. The chips are often stale, and although the food is typically good, my chicken was burnt this time. This busy location needs a more efficient team. I’d rather drive to Midtown for quicker service.

  Most of the staff is very very nice, however they have two main issues; they only have 2 people serving causing very long lines and wait times, and they are not ready for the drive through. Basically, they are understaffed and it shows vividly

  Seriously the service 🙄 sucks here the servers don't fix the food right and have the nerve to be upset about the fact that they've gotten your online 😑 lunch order wrong.

  Had a really great experience at this Chipotle location. Jacquelyn was especially wonderful — I mentioned that my daughter loves the vinaigrette, and even while she was helping multiple customers at once, she still took the time to make some for us. That meant a lot and showed such thoughtful customer service. She was kind, attentive, and handled everything so well during a busy time. The other employees were also great, friendly, and hardworking. Overall, such a positive experience, and I really appreciated the care from the whole team.
