  Food was great but a worker named Alex who is tall, buff build, and short curly hair needs to be fired immediately. I walked into this Chipotle at 8:45pm and didn't leave until almost 9:30pm because of his service. He joked around and had full conversations with the entire closing staff after they repeatedly told him to focus on his job and he did not. There were 5 people behind me waiting and he did not care in the slightest. The customer in front of me was a friend of his and he spent 15 minutes talking with him and taking his time with his food (and also giving him extra portions for free right in front of everyone) and wasted everyone in the line's time. I hope to never see this man working at this location and I will be notifying everyone I know that if they go to this Chipotle location and they see this man there to turn around and eat somewhere else because he does not take anything, especially his job, seriously. Before you guys reply with the same automated crap about “visit our website to file a complaint” just know that I already did that. I’m taking this extra step because I never want myself or anyone else to go through this ever again.

  After reading most of the comments, I realized I’m not the only one who thinks the female manager at this specific Chipotle needs better training on customer service and on speaking to her employees. Terrible attitude and “managing” of a restaurant. Not sure who put her in that position but they need to reconsider.

  Terrible staff. So stingy no wonder why the restaurant is empty at 4 pm. The manager is disgusting. An employee was going to throw away food whose order got canceled and she told the staff member to not throw it away and she recycled it, she separated the ingredients apart, and put it back in the counter display. Disgusting. Also, the bowl portions are a joke. The staff member serves 1/3 of a spoon per ingredient into the bowl. Why have a spoon if they won't use that measurement for every ingredient when preparing the bowl. I have eaten so much Chipotle since they came to Miami. This has to be the absolute worst chipotle restaurant in South Florida. Terrible management and super stingy staff. It kind of makes you laugh. Now the recycling of the bowl back to the counter display made a lasting impact. Jesus christ that was disgusting!!!! Probably illegal too.

  TERRIBLE customer service at this location today. I brought a group of 5 from work 20 minutes after they were open. The man who began preparing our bowls was rude, and the other workers (male only) seemed angry about their jobs. The lady who rang us up was somewhat personable.... We will NOT be going back to this location again.
