  As today I passed to eat and they served me me the las of the beans. Actually it wasn't enough and they leave it like that. Didn't have pico de gallo, stake or chicken and told me that I have to wait at least 20 minutes for it to be ready. This is a common thing that's happening every day. Me personally I am going either to pollo tropical for now on. Or another Chipotle location. Because this one is a joke.

  This location used to be my go to, I don’t know what changed but every time I go now the lobby is filthy, there are no napkins forks or clean tables. They are consistently out of rice and it is impossible to get a bowl without them being out of something. Employees also seem to have no regard for changing gloves or food safety.

  Went there yesterday for the worst Chipotle experience. Line was out of the door, and every single item from meat to chips were sabotaged by heart attack levels of salt. Even other guests mentioned it around me. 6 people in the back, only one in preparation and checkout lady couldn’t be more disinterested in serving. Despite having a whole team of people in the back, the only meat available was steak. No brown rice either. Total crap shoot of an operation with no oversight or management.

  Never had service issue here until today. Location closes at 12a on Friday, lady locked the door at 10:54pm and got upset when I went in by the side door. She made it a point to make me feel uncomfortable by murmuring “how did he get in” to other staff members and pointing at me. As soon as I tried to order she again made an effort to make me uncomfortable. I asked her if I could order and she basically invited me to leave. Unfortunate as this was my go to and there were several people inside. I walked out without food, most likely will not be back.

  Terrible servicio de atención al cliente y específicamente en este local , hasta los empleados discutiendo entre ellos un burrito que no le pusieron nada de arroz y hasta le pedí extra que me lo cobrara si era el problema, las mesas sucias los baldes de la basura full y ya caí al piso la basura , la máquina de las sodas sin hielo , mi quesadilla me la entregaron 30 minutos después porque discutían entre los mismos empleados y dejaron mi orden a un lado
