  the chipotle on 107th gives better portions so after almost 20 years i’ve stopped coming to this one even though it’s right next to my house

  Probably one of the most horrible hospitality experiences I’ve ever had. As a company, how do you justify having two people on the line helping Guest on a Saturday afternoon with my line going out your front door…. I was in line for 20 minutes and only made it halfway. Bathrooms disgusting so I can only imagine what your kitchen looks like. Your dining room, disgusting, almost every other table filled with food on top Including the floors. All your stuff looked miserable, no sense of hospitality to any guest and seemed like they wanted to just run out the door. This is not an exaggeration. The company as large as all the resources you guys have available. Explain to me how you are Building a culture where your staff try to enjoy being at work and when we’re the guest you’re welcome. That’s a loaded question because you’re not.

  I go here all the time and it’s super fast and food is great. When I go I’m always super nice and courteous because I know people get upset about small portions and if I want more I always pay for it by asking for double or making sure I go in person because in the past I’ve ordered online and they would fill the bowl half way. So I just decided if I want to make sure it’s prepped well I go in person and I usually never ask for double cause they always are great with portions. However, this one instance I had ordered online and even though the menu price is higher I was hoping I wouldn’t have the situation of a poorly prepped bowl like that one time many months, maybe even over a year ago. I was wrong and both bowl I ordered that were $3-6 more expensive that usual, because it was done through the chipotle app, came half empty. I hope the chipotle store sees this and does something about it because I believe that they take advantage of those who order online thinking they won’t say anything cause they just grab it and go or have it delivered to them. The chipotle app makes it hard to document these grievances as the size of photos allowed to submit is 1.19 mb and any photo I take regularly on the camera will not be that small. Let alone for two bowls I need to document. Again I hope this has a peaceful solution because this is a thing I’ve heard others complain about and I just don’t think it’s fair when we are paying more and getting less than the regular price.

  IN all my time I’ve been a regular Chipotle I can really vouch for this location. Manager Mary, Z and employee mia have always gone above and beyond for me. I thank them for everything they do for their customers truly showing what Chipotle is all about. Staff like them makes me feel welcome and i always want to come back time and time again! Thank You

  This place is always dirty, the workers always have an attitude and the portions are almost half the size of other chipotles, the quality of this establishment has gone DOWN in the last two years, this is the worst chipotle in Miami, I hate that this is the chipotle nearest to me, it’s such an absolute tragedy. Can chipotle pay their employees more so that they don’t look at us like at customers like we owe them something just because we committed the offense of wanting to get quick food, I don’t work hard all week so that the one time I go out to eat it can’t even be an easy experience.
