  El servicio mas malo que he visto en cualquier restaurante que haya ido, la persona que nos estaba sirviendo al parecer tenía su break y nos dejó el bowl a medias y para colmo después vino la persona que estaba en la cocina y tiró los instrumentos de trabajo incluida la comida todo delante de mí sin preguntarme absolutamente nada, cambien el personal de trabajo da lástima que te atiendan de esa manera, si hubiera una peor calificación que una estrella la daba al servicio al cliente es terrible

  Horrible acabo de irme potque literal no nos atendieron nos dejaron con la comida servida y se pusieron a atender a otra persona delante de nosotros sin tan siquiera preguntar si ya habiamos terminado la orden, super groseros tirando la comida y los instrumentos de trabajo. Horribleeeeeeeeee

  I had a very uncomfortable experience ordering here. The employees seemed extremely rushed ( the restaurant was empty) and made me feel nervous for simply asking questions about my order. When I asked about the total and the breakdown of the items, the staff started jumping over each other trying to answer, which made the situation feel chaotic rather than helpful. What stood out to me was that they kept thanking each other for helping each other, but no one actually welcomed me as the customer or took the time to calmly understand the questions I was asking. It felt like I wasn’t supposed to ask questions about what I was being charged. Ordering food should feel straightforward and comfortable, but the rushed environment and lack of customer attention made the experience stressful and unpleasant.

  There are items that you must order online. The item i wanted, quesadilla, was only online, so i had to go online and order it while i was there. Not very convenient. Also the meat was full of fat, made it hard to chew. Not worth it, i can make better at home.
