  Worst chipotle location… lazy staff never has anything cooked. Only 8pm and there’s no beans no chicken no rice and the only way I can get it is through online order. Teach your staff English please we are in America

  I had a very disappointing experience at Chipotle in Midtown on April 17 at around 9:06 PM. I was wearing a white shirt and green hat. When I asked for extra chicken, the employee immediately told me “no” without offering any explanation or alternative. Instead of helping, he repeated “no” and walked away, leaving my bowl unfinished. When the manager got involved, they told him to remake the bowl—so clearly the request could have been handled differently from the start. As a customer, it’s frustrating to be treated this way, especially when basic customer service—like offering options or communicating respectfully—was missing. This was poor and disrespectful service, and based on this experience, I don’t plan on returning to this Midtown location.

  Only thing I feel they have going for them is location and quickness but their lack of desire to just look like they want to be there is sad to say the least and when I asked for guacamole which is $2.75 extra, the employee scooped it up & then hit the spoon to even out the level of the amount he was going to give me. When I asked him to give me what fell off the spoon he said he could not. And to make it even better, the cashier did not say one single word to me when ringing up my order- not a thing! Glad I have a chipotle in slw cause I won’t be going back to this location.

  For the love of god, can Chipotle please have some franchise requirements? Every time I come to this location , it takes me 6-12 months to give it another try. And each time, I remind myself why I don’t come to this particular Chipotle. Rude employees, limited ingredients (what do you mean “we don’t have steak”, that’s ludicrous). Just a terrible experience each and every time. Chipotle needs to have this location audited

  This has to be the worst service I’ve ever experienced by a landslide. The older lady with glasses and the lady with red hair are possibly the most rude individuals I’ve encountered. They are so mean, and I’ve given them 3 chances this week to do better. I’ve been in Miami for a week and spent over 75usd there and each time it’s gotten worse. The quality of their steak was all far, I asked for double meat and got the skimpiest portion. Genuinely someone needs to go check this out from HQ or shut this store down. I would absolutely not recommend going.
