  They completely ignore people at the walk up window. They just look at them and ignore them. Horrible service.

  I’ve had some disappointing meals in my time, but this experience at Checkers/Rally’s was easily the worst; honestly, the quality was so poor I wouldn't even feed it to my dog. To make matters worse, the staff completely missed a burger in our order, and the ones we did receive were an absolute joke with virtually no meat to be found. Even their "famous" seasoned fries were a greasy, soggy mess instead of the crispy side I expected, making the entire meal a complete waste of money and a total failure in service.

  En el día 04 de abril a las 3:00 la muchacha joven que atiende en la ventanilla con muy mal servicio y mal trato hacia las personas lanzó los alimentos y estuvo a los autos esperando 20 minutos por que no quería dar la comida que mal servicio esperaba más

  Dont order on the window you will be waitting more then a restaurant for your food, then you will get it cold. Order drive through. I wasted money on garbage by the time I got it the food was cold and the soda flat...shame...I understand there busy however customer service anywhere goes a long way...

  I placed my order online via the Checkers app. My order included a large chocolate milkshake. Upon walking up to acquire my order, the manager ignored me at the window for over 5 minutes. When the manager finally open the window I showed her my order and she acquired the sandwich, handed them over to me, and immediately tried to shut the walk up window. I politely said “excuse me, my order included a chocolate milkshake”. The manger was immediately annoyed though she did begrudgingly get me a milkshake. Upon receiving the milkshake, I noticed it was vanilla. I again said to the manager, “excuse me, I ordered a chocolate milkshake”. The manager stated “we only have vanilla, strawberry, and banana”, and shut the window. The manager’s lacks any understanding of customer service,, failing at a minimum to identify that they did not have chocolate milkshakes or give me the option of allowing me to make an alternative selection. The manager’s demeanor was grossly off putting. Checkers has not only lost a customer today but has gained someone that will share his experience. Hopefully the regional manger or owner for this store will provide adequate training or some other form of remediation so as to not lose more customers and sales.
