  Terrible customer service! I was given attitude at every stop, and rushed throughout the whole process. I wouldn’t even bother wasting my gas to go to this location, it’s not worth it.

  The food is good, the service is good and the atmosphere but EVERYTIME. I order online because I know they take time with the order they take long or delay my online order. I can order 30 minutes before and STILL they wouldn't be on time with my order. I give them time so that i can come and my order is already ready and STILL.

  I have had multiple disappointing experiences at Cava, and unfortunately the issues seem systemic rather than occasional. There appears to be a complete lack of coordination between the kitchen and the front line. The serving area is consistently disorganized, with staff overlapping roles and no clear flow. Key ingredients are frequently missing from the line, yet there’s no communication to customers until you’re already at the end of the process, making it impossible to build your bowl as intended. Equally concerning is the level of service. Staff often come across as unprepared and, at times, rude. There seems to be constant turnover, and each visit brings an entirely new team that appears to have received little to no training. The absence of visible management only reinforces the sense that there is no structure or accountability in place. Overall, the experience feels chaotic and frustrating, rather than the fast, efficient service this type of restaurant should deliver. If these operational and training issues aren’t addressed, it’s hard to see how this location can sustain itself long-term.

  when got here at 10:30. Waited until 11 AM. The workers did not have anything prepared. And by the time the back line had all the stuff sitting on the counter. No one was bringing it out for another 10 minutes so it was all just sitting on the counter back there. The only options for our bowls were salads and toppings. No proteins no rice no vegetable vegetables. Was super irritating and there was no urgency for any of the employees to get to work. We ended up standing there for 30 minutes until 11 AM and then just leaving and walking out because it was so irritating watching them. Hang out and have fun while we were waiting for food.

  The workers were lazy. Took 15 minutes to cut the steak so my pita got cold and slimy. Workers just stared at each other. It’s not worth the money. The lamb meatballs are tiny and bland. I don’t know how this place has positive reviews. The workers sucked. Look how oily and gross the pita came out
