    I see that a large number of negative reviews still hasn’t improved the situation at this Burger King, but I’ll leave my feedback anyway — maybe over time it will lead to a positive change. I had to wait quite a long time for my order, even though there was no one else in the restaurant except me and my daughter. When I finally received the order, an employee asked if I needed sauces, even though they were clearly included in my receipt. I had to show the receipt just to get the sauces I had already paid for. When I tried the chicken nuggets and the burger, they were already quite cold, which suggests the order had been ready for a while. However, I had asked several times if my order was ready, and no one informed me. Then I realized that I had also ordered a coffee, which was not given to me with the rest of the order. I had to go back again with my receipt and ask about it. The coffee was prepared slowly and was also not hot. Instead of enjoying a meal, I spent my time going back and forth to the staff to get items that were forgotten or not properly handled.

    This location is very clean, very professional, and precise. The staff is very respectful, and took my order well with no mistakes! Eddie ensured that my order was perfect, and the Wrap was well made, and tasted well! Definitely will come back

    This burger king is always backed up in the drive thru at night. People that work in there are very lazy or better yet leave the lobby open so we don't burn our gas sitting in that stupid drive thru waiting forever

    I was in the lobby waiting on my dine in order when the drive thru and lobby started to fill up. there were 3 employees there. Two girls, one with curly hair and glasses (i think she said her name was shar) and another girl with nose piercings named anne, along with a manager named jeff. Shar was the only person attempting to clear out the front & drive thru while making the food, frying ingredients, bagging food, and helping people pay. It was sad that one person had to make up and do triple the work when her coworkers were there. Once everyone received their order only she was making an effort to clean up & restore everything. You guys are severely understaffed and inconsiderate of your employees.

    This location should be shut down. From waiting over 1 hour in line, to then be asked to be pulled up to wait. To no one coming out to hand the order, had to get off the car and the food was cold (What is the point of the drive through). As per the managers the had made the sandwiches over 7 mins prior to handing them over, that is after having to go I to see about my order. I ordered everything on the App and still had to wait. What is the point? Then asked if I can get a refund and was advised I could not, only by the app, which that is NOT the case. The manager then started getting loud for no reason arguing when he was in the wrong. I have receipts for all of these matters. This location need to get better employees or do better in general. Spent over $50 bucks and they have no care in serving anyone. Ended up going to Wendy's and was in and out in less than 15min and I ordered there!!!
