  Un servicio que va más allá — casi no existe hoy en día Comida (como siempre, excelente): La comida aquí siempre ha sido buenísima—calidad consistente, buen sabor, nunca falla. Eso ya es esperado. Pero la verdadera razón de las 5 estrellas: Esta reseña no es solo por la comida, es por el servicio. Hice un pedido por una aplicación de terceros y algo salió mal. En mi lado decía que no se podía completar la orden, pero cuando llamé al local, me dijeron que sí la habían recibido, solo que no tenían confirmación. Yo estuve llamando varias veces (como cada 30 minutos), y siempre fueron pacientes y profesionales conmigo. Lo que hicieron después fue lo que marcó la diferencia: En vez de cancelar o dejarlo así, ellos mismos se encargaron de resolver la situación y asegurarse de que mi comida llegara. Y para colmo, me incluyeron un brownie con helado—totalmente inesperado. Por qué esto importa: Ese nivel de atención ya casi no se ve. La mayoría de los lugares le echarían la culpa a la app y ya. Ellos no. Conclusión: He pedido de otras localidades antes, pero esta fue de mis primeras veces aquí—y si así es como trabajan, ya tienen un cliente fijo. Above & Beyond Service That You Don’t See Anymore Food (as expected, always solid): The food here has always been excellent—consistent quality, great flavor, and never disappointing. That part is a given. But the real reason for 5 stars: This review isn’t about the food—it’s about the service. I placed an order through a third-party app, and something went wrong on their end. On my side, it showed the order couldn’t be fulfilled, but when I called the store, they said they had received it without confirmation. I was calling often (probably every 30 minutes), and they stayed patient and professional the entire time. What they did next completely stood out: Instead of canceling or waiting it out, they took matters into their own hands and personally made sure my order was delivered. On top of that, they added a brownie with ice cream—completely unexpected. Why this matters: That level of care and ownership is rare today. Most places would’ve just blamed the third-party app and moved on. They didn’t. Final thoughts: I’ve ordered from other locations before, but this was one of my first times at this one—and if this is how they operate, they’ve earned a repeat customer. I’ll be ordering regularly (especially Sundays). Thank you for going above and beyond. It didn’t go unnoticed.

  Dayana provided excelllent service, food came out very fast and fresh. The Jaleita appetizer was delicious. Portion sizes are on the larger size. Seating is tight at this location so better for small groups.

  The options and variety of food is pretty good. The menu is rather expansive; I’d say it’s a nice place to go to try different things. The appetizers are good, but the main dishes are usually quite filling. I like to eat a lot of food, and I found a single dish is more than apt to satiate my appetite. The service is excellent as well. The two times I’ve gone with my dad the waitresses have been more than willing to serve and meet our needs (without being overly insistent and bothersome). The girl who served us was Carolina and she was super sweet and helpful. She gave me some good recommendations and I can’t complain. Overall, I’d recommend Bocas for a nice lunch out with your family or your date and I will definitely be going again.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly Recommended Experience My wife and I visited Bocas Grill shortly after a blood test appointment, and I have to say this experience completely changed my perception of the brand. In the past, I had visited another Bocas location that did not leave the best impression, so I came in with modest expectations. However, this location exceeded them in every possible way. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. Their attentiveness really stood out—they checked in on us consistently without being intrusive, making sure everything was perfect throughout our visit. The food was absolutely delicious, full of flavor and clearly prepared with care. The coffee was exceptional, and the drinks were made with attention and passion, which elevated the entire experience. It’s easy to see why this location is rated so highly. Achieving nearly five stars is not easy in the restaurant industry, and this team truly deserves it. Their commitment to quality, service, and guest experience is evident. We will definitely be returning and would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a great meal and outstanding service.

  First time in and can’t wait to return! Our server, Carolina, was incredibly informative and knowledgeable about the menu and answered all of our questions and made excellent recommendations. She also made sure to carefully accommodate the shellfish allergy at our table. We all loved our food. The ceviche was excellent! The picana was melt in your mouth tender. We also enjoyed the upbeat atmosphere and appreciated how fresh and clean the space was. Highly recommend!
