  on February 6th around 1pm The manager with the army haircut and heavy accent approached me when I question a sandwich that I was charged for that I did not order and I said if I’m gonna get charged for it can I at least have cheese and he chose to scold me and discipline me and told me that he does not need back talk as he’s also scolding his employees he embarrass me humiliated me he even threatened to go to my job to complain simply because I ask for cheese. The guy is on a power trip. I will never go back to that Arby’s until that man is gone I will never ring that bell worst experience ever. We already made a complaint to the headquarters since this is a franchise don’t go there

  This lady name Rita is so rudeeeee her attitude is so disgusting that its just horrible. She knows her phone watching TikTok videos and gets mad when you interrup her watching her TikTok. Its just horrible
