  We arrived 6 minutes before the dining area closed and the door was locked. The cashier made us tell her what we were going to order to open the door. We were out 3 minutes before I closed and they turned another person away while we were inside. The drive thru would be open for a another hour so there is no reason to deny service or restrict orders. Unacceptable.

  It took over 20 minutes to get our order and then my husband's burger was raw. The employee just took it and didn't say a word. She replaced it with yet ANOTHER raw burger! We threw our food in the garbage and ended up eating a bag of chips for dinner. (Our fries were not even cooked all the way!)

  Bad atmosphere. Google maps says open till 12 i get there closed. I guess mb but mcdonalds is large serious establishment get that stuff in sync

  Walked in about 9 PM on a Friday night staying at a nearby hotel Places obviously pretty busy But clearly, the employees could care less ordered unsweetened tea, and got tea and lemonade, Ordered nuggets with sauce and they didn’t give the sauce so we had to ask for it in which they gave different sauce and the floors are disgusting. Also, there is no soap in the bathroom or hand sanitizer in the hand sanitizer machines.

  STAY AWAY!!! How does a McDonald's restaurant run out of stock of basic menu items? Big Mac, Cheeseburger, Double Cheeseburger, Mc Double, all out of stock. Rediculous! When Sat down to eat with a service number at our table, the staff refused to bring our food to us, despite the place not being busy at all. Our number just got shouted by staff over and over. I observed this happening to every customer who sat down to eat. Nothing but lazy, snarky staff behind the counter. No basic condiments on hand either, like ketchup. Absolutely the worst McDonald's I've ever been to in my life! Out of stock burgers, abysmal service, and stingy with things that should come complimentary. Will never be returning again.
