    Vanilla espresso French cafe- Miramar location its the worse. My food was not only late but i was giving the wrong items. My family and I, couldn't eat together due to 30 minutes wait of difference between all of us getting our breakfast items correctly. I won't be back ever to the location

The croissants were fresh, perfectly flaky, and the sandwiches were delicious—small but full of flavor. The café itself is beautifully decorated, with cozy, charming details that make you want to stay longer than planned. Every corner feels warm and inviting, like a place you’d come back to again and again. But what truly made the experience special was the staff—so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely kind.     I’d like to take a moment to recognize Roy for his outstanding customer service. From start to finish, he was professional, attentive, and genuinely helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly and that I felt valued as a customer. His positive attitude and willingness to assist really stood out, and it made the entire experience enjoyable. It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated and personable.     Taken here by the wife to experience something "new" and will say the food didn't disappoint. Had the Eggs Benedict with the potatoes and will say i was blown out, no at how perfect my Eggs Benedict was but at the potatoes....whatever creation that was blew my taste buds...wife had the a plate that looked to pretty to eat "Favorite"withbsome fancy french hot chocolate that was orgasmic, daughter had the delicious crossaint witb ham and chesse where the bread just melted in your mouth...while the service was good they were overwhelmed with the amount of people there making them seem lost.. will recommend to eat here's the food is fire, but try and pick good times.

    I rarely write negative reviews, especially when I have tried to support a business. In fact, after my first visit I even promoted this place and posted a video because the food was good and I genuinely thought it deserved recognition. However, after about five visits, I feel obligated to be honest about the experience. Service is consistently slow and poorly organized. Simple things like water, coffee, or napkins arrive one at a time and often very late. On one occasion, the napkins were brought after I had already finished my meal, which says a lot about the lack of attention to detail. If you sit outside, there are often many flies around the tables and food, which makes the experience uncomfortable and unhygienic. The most concerning issue, however, is the restroom. On multiple occasions the bathroom appeared clogged, with water rising to the top and overflowing. This is not just unpleasant — it raises serious concerns about cleanliness and basic maintenance. The staff can appear friendly at first, but the level of attention seems to change depending on the tip, and even leaving a tip does not necessarily improve the service. What is disappointing is that this place has potential. My first visit was good, which is why I returned several times hoping the experience would improve. Unfortunately, it did not. I truly hope management takes this feedback seriously, because with proper organization, cleanliness, and consistent service, this place could be much better.
