  The food is delicious but you cannot leave this place without checking your bag. THEY ALWAYS FORGET SOMETHING. Every single time. Very unreliable.

  Acabo de or y pedir 2 comidas para llevar, un trío y un dúo. Primero me mandan a pasar a la ventanilla y luego me dicen q regrese atras. Después al llegar a mi casa me.percato q no me hecharon el.pollo del dúo. Llamo y no responden. Muy mala experiencia

  Every time I go to Pollo I always get a chicken ceaser salad and every single time, I get a chicken ceaser salad with no ceaser dressing. Dry… Just lettuce croutons and chicken. If I don’t ask for “extra” ceaser dressing i would have just wasted my money and don’t get me started on the looks I get when asking for “extra” dressing. Last time I decided to switch it up and get a chicken ceaser salad wrap and they gave me a nasty quesadilla wrap (cheese wasn’t even fully melted and was just a bunch of much inside). Love pollo but gonna have to stop going there if they can’t ever get my simple order right.

  El sabor de la comida es buena pero la porción de pollo es extremadamente pequeña. Pedí 1/4 de pollo dark y el muslo era del tamaño de un dedo literal. Es la segunda vez que pido y son muy pequeñas las pociones de carne. No volveré a ordenar
