  We gave the place a second opportunity. Disappointing. The availability of items is always a problem. They seem to have trouble determining the proper amounts of food they need. Today for example they didn’t have plain pancakes. I went for brunch on a Sunday, that’s a pretty simple recipe and they couldn’t offer it? For the amount of time it’s been open, they should be able to determine how much food they are producing versus amount of customers . The service is ok, they don’t seem knowledgeable enough nor informed on what’s available. The seating arrangement can be better. There’s an overwhelming response from the community and outskirts, enough so to rearrange. They have potential. The food is overpriced and not that high quality. I much rather go to a legitimate French restaurant and spend the same amount.

  This place is such a wonderful gem, not a hidden one lol but a gem for sure! I love coming here with my family. This is my second time, and we were lucky that it wasn’t too crowded because it’s always PACKED. Today we had such a pleasant experience thanks to Lia, her warmth and charm are so authentic. She made our visit this time even brighter with her fabulous attitude, and updated us about the menu and all the great food they serve here. One of my top restaurants without a doubt!

  I had such a great brunch experience at Vanilla Espresso French Café in Miami Lakes! The atmosphere was cozy, welcoming, and perfect for a relaxed brunch. Everything tasted fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. Taylor took care of us and provided outstanding service attentive, friendly, and genuinely warm without being intrusive. He made sure everything was perfect and added such a positive vibe to the whole experience. Definitely one of my favorite brunch spots in the area. I’ll absolutely be coming back!

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Tuve una experiencia excelente en Vanilla Espresso French Café. Desde que llegamos, el ambiente es súper acogedor, elegante y con un toque francés que lo hace especial. Todo estaba muy limpio, bien organizado y con una vibra tranquila perfecta para desayunar o tomar un café. La comida y el café estuvieron deliciosos, con un sabor fresco y de muy buena calidad. Se nota el cuidado en cada detalle y la presentación es hermosa. Pero sin duda, lo mejor de todo fue la atención. La muchacha que nos atendió, Lia, fue simplemente espectacular: muy amable, atenta, rápida y con una energía súper agradable. Nos hizo sentir bienvenidos en todo momento y estuvo pendiente de que no nos faltara nada. Un servicio así marca la diferencia. Definitivamente es un lugar al que volvería una y otra vez. 100% recomendado.

  We visited for the first time and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. When we ordered, they did not have hot chocolate, even though most of their advertising promotes it. We had already driven from Parkland, so we decided to stay. We ordered an iced latte and a cappuccino. The cappuccino was cold, but due to the poor attitude from the staff, I chose not to return it. When I asked for sugar, it was brought to me reluctantly, and I was told they only had white sugar. Later, I noticed that they actually did have stevia available, which is important for me since I cannot consume white sugar. The dessert we ordered took a very long time to arrive, even after we had already finished our coffees. To make matters worse, the same employee I had politely addressed about the situation slammed the door in my face twice. I’m not sure what was happening that day or if they were closing and became upset, but regardless, if customers are paying and leaving a tip, they deserve respectful and professional service. I’m leaving one star only because Google does not allow zero.
