  If i could give 0 stars i would. I came in the morning and was not greeted by staff. I place my order and while i was waiting for my sandwich, i noticed that an employee damn near had her behind on my sandwich, why is she not wearing a belt?! I don’t remember her name but she had black hair and a lip piercing and was VERY rude. Very annoying to start my day off and she is there looking moody as if i’m an inconvenience. I also noticed staff not changing gloves while handling food… thought this was general food handling protocol. I also smelled a strong stench of marijuana coming off of one of the employees, also repeating “i can’t wait for lunch”, unprofessional-all of the kids they hired. Will NEVER be coming back to this location.

  I love the lady named Kat. She was super nice even with a lot of people. She served me a couple days ago. Truly recommended. Food was fresh.

  All tables dirty with grease . Bathroom with vomit or diarrhea in urinal. I came out smelling like if I worked 8 hours cooking.

  We went in to pick up our order. My coffee was cold. We asked to get a new one. They said they would have to brew a new pot and then told me to get a different type of coffee instead, my wife was so angry that she told me I have to leave so I got the coffee that I didn't order because it was the only one that was hot and then as we were walking out the door, the employee James, a young black male in his 20s who we had been speaking with walked over to the other employees and made fun of us then we spoke to the manager Caylie about it to which she didn't care at all when I told them I was going to leave them a bad review they said go ahead we don't care so here I am leaving a one star review for the most disrespectful rude people that I have ever encountered inside an Einstein Bros. They should both be unemployed immediately after this I'm contacting corporate directly. I literally just wanted a hot coffee... not to be made feel bad or like I'm making someone go out of their way to do the very thing that the business is there to do.
