  The service at this Chipotle Mexican Grill is terrible. The portions of protein they serve customers are extremely small—honestly not enough for anyone to feel full. What’s frustrating is that I’ve seen employees make their own bowls and they pile on the protein so high it looks like a mountain, while paying customers barely get anything. On top of that, the staff isn’t welcoming at all. When you say “thank you,” they don’t even respond with “you’re welcome.” Overall, the service and portioning here are really disappointing.

  This was hands down the worst experience I have ever had at Chipotle. The portions were pathetic, barely any rice, barely any protein, and the bowl looked half empty while still charging full price like nothing is wrong. Then the employee thought I asked for double meat, scooped it in, and when I said I did not want double, they literally took food back out of my bowl and threw it back into the main serving tray. That is disgusting and a blatant food safety violation. Once food touches a customer’s bowl, it does not go back into a communal container, ever. That is how cross-contamination happens and how someone with allergies ends up seriously harmed. Instead of apologizing, the staff were rude and acted annoyed like I was the problem. I have been to plenty of other Chipotle locations and other franchises and have never received service this careless and unsanitary, so this is clearly a management issue at this specific location. To make it worse, I have seen rats crawling around outside the establishment at night, so it is not a stretch to wonder what is going on inside. Between the tiny portions, unsafe food handling, rude employees, and obvious hygiene concerns, this place is a disaster. Do better.

  Even at rush lunch time the line for orders was moving at a good speed. 🏃‍♀️💨 The tables were not clean but hey what can we expect at rush time 🤷‍♀️🍽️

  The worst. The service is absolute TRASH. I overlooked the fact that almost none of the workers speak English, until it started affecting how they would prepare my food because they would get it all wrong. I’m bilingual and when I switched to using their native tongue, which I’m fluent in, and pointing towards what I wanted, they still did not understand. Specifically, there’s a lady named Dainely or Dainoris (possibly butchered her name) who is an absolute rude unpleasant excuse of a human. ALL the workers today were extremely unpleasant to deal with and we had the worst experience overall. We haven’t had a good experience at this chipotle in years, but I always continue to give them a chance. After today’s experience, never again. They packaged our food to-go when I specifically asked to dine in. They forgot to give me guac I paid for and when I went back for it, they proceeded to give me more sass. The cashier Yelianne was also rude and lacks any sort of people skills. If I can give this location zero stars, I would.
