I don’t want aluminum foil bc the toxins so I ask for the brown inkless paper and what a drama bc no one speaks English! On top of it being dirty and never stocked with napkins, etc. Chipotle do better and get rid of the toxic aluminum foil! You got your staff warming up wraps in aluminum foil- smh.

The employee serving the carne asada grabbed the spoon, shook almost everything off, and put barely four small pieces of steak in the bowl. I asked politely for a little more because it was clearly not a normal portion, and she gave us a rude look and said it would be charged as double. We agreed, but it felt unfair considering we were basically getting a bowl with no meat. We spent forty three dollars on two bowls and received attitude instead of good service. We come here all the time and usually never have a problem, but today was ridiculous. I wish I could name the employee because this was not acceptable customer service at all
