  I recently turned 21 and have just started exploring alcoholic beverages, so everything is pretty new to me. When I visited, the bartender Laydie made the experience amazing. She was incredibly sweet, welcoming, and patient while I asked a bunch of questions about different drinks. Instead of making me feel inexperienced, she took the time to explain options, make recommendations, and help me figure out what I might enjoy. Her kindness and great attitude made the whole experience comfortable and fun. It’s clear she really cares about creating a positive environment for customers. If you’re new to cocktails like I am, having someone like Ladii behind the bar makes all the difference. I’ll definitely be coming back!

  Today I had the pleasure of having Sophia, the cutie pie, as my server. It was my first time at the restaurant and she made the experience great. I wasn’t sure what to order, but she made the process very easy by explaining the different dishes and recommending items based on what I told her I liked. I ended up loving the meal. The food was great and the service was quick. I would definitely come back to this location and ask for her as my server again.

  I placed an online order for delivery, unfortunately there was an issue with DoorDash which they use as a third party service, and my order was never picked up after about an hour and a half. I called the restaurant and they couldn’t do much on their part but suggested I contact DoorDash, which was unsuccessful. Pretty frustrating situation BUT the reason for my five star review was because of this locations manager Antonio. I receive a call shortly after from him, letting me know he was informed and looking into this for me. I let him know about a minute before his call, a door dasher was assigned to my order and was on his way. Antonio kindly advised me my order would be remade and offered a complimentary dessert and a credit for the restaurant as well. He was so quick to respond and I could tell he was really apologetic for this whole mess. I do not blame the establishment for this issue at all but I just had to show Antonio some love and appreciation. He is a great manager, the best I’ve seen in a while :)

  I’ve had the pleasure of being served by Steven Joan at Carrabba’s several times, and each visit has been excellent because of him. Steven is always friendly, professional, and attentive. He makes sure everything at the table is taken care of and checks in at just the right times without ever making us feel rushed. What really stands out is his positive attitude and how welcoming he is every time we come in. He remembers returning guests and consistently provides the same great level of service. Because of Steven, each dining experience has been smooth, enjoyable, and memorable. Steven Joan is a fantastic waiter and a great example of outstanding customer service. I always appreciate being seated in his section and look forward to being served by him again.

  We celebrated our child’s Confirmation here, and it truly could not have been more perfect. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcomed and cared for. They understood how meaningful this day was for our family and went above and beyond to make it special. Tania helped me so much in planning. Nick was on top of every part of the service throughout of meal.
