She said she didn’t know the men’s bathroom code when asked, not once but two days in a row then she turns & walks away. The female staff said they only know the female bathroom code b/c they use it, I witnessed them open it for a woman. My point is that someone in that position should have knowledge of these things in case of an emergency and have respectable interaction with patrons. She needs to be held accountable for her offense treatment of restaurant patrons. The staff which is all Hispanic seem intimated by her as well. I can only imagine why. Human Resources should reevaluate the position job description and find a replacement before they get slammed with lawsuit. This person is not suitable to be in a manager position.
