  When I came to this TopGolf in 2021, I came here with my 700 pound grandma who has arthritis in her knees, my mom, my dad, and my two children who have Parkinson's disease. We came here on a Sunday at 10 PM, everything was normal until we got to our last hour and my grandma Susan decided to stand up, I heard 37 cracks, initially I thought somebody shot a gun. While she got up, her knees gave out, she ricochetted off of the ground and fell on the floor, she had a cosmic reaction that broke all of physics, and for some reason, I heard coins getting collected like it's a video game. She broke, her F4 vertebrae, her rib, lost a kidney in the process and her liver turned green. Anyways, I love the jalapeno nachos and the chicken sandwich is spectacular. I went back for fourths.

  Llegamos el miércoles 11 de febrero a las 8:10pm al lugar, primero fuimos al bar a tomar algo mientras llegaba todo el grupo y nadie nos informó que el sistema del golf no servía. Cuando fuimos a pagar para jugar un joven Rock nos dijo que el sistema no servía y que solo admitían reservas online, entonces hicimos la reserva online y la pagamos online. Cuál fue nuestra sorpresa que el mismo Rock no nos dejó jugar , estando nosotros en el lugar y consumiendo ya en el bar. Le dijimos que no entendíamos por qué no podíamos jugar si el dijo que la gente que pagaba en línea los aceptaban para jugar.No nos dejó jugar y esperamos que nos regresen lo que pagamos online. Deberían tener un cartel en la entrada que diga NO HAY sistema, y deberían ser más amables con los clientes que pagan y van al lugar a consumir y pagar el juego. No recomiendo este lugar nunca, vayan a otro lugar donde la gente sea más amable y sepan tratar a los clientes. Mi experiencia en Topgolf de Miami Garden fue muy mala.

  They said the system did not let them take walkin’ So I tell the guy what if I do a booking online. He said « I don’t know if it will work » So I do a booking, come back to the front desk to a girl. She sees my booking and offer us to let us play only if we buy food and drink, because the system doesn’t work. Then the first guy step in and says he already told me he wouldn’t take us. Which it is not what he said. First you guys should have a sign at the entrance saying you are Closed !!! Then we went at the bar first, nobody said anything. And if we order food and drinks you guys will make money. Terrible service.

  Venu passer un moment entre amis après 30 minutes de route, le système de réservation surplace ne fonctionne pas donc nous réservons en ligne. Alors que une employée est entrain de nous donner une table, le manager Rock intervient pour nous dire que c'est pas possible et il ne veut pas prendre notre réservation. Il semble qu'il ne veille pas travailler ce soir. Merci pour la soirée gâchée. Service inacceptable.

  Our evening began at check in when all of the girls at the check in desk had major attitude. We booked two bays for my boyfriend's birthday. We asked if they could place us at bays that were next to each other. After eye rolls and no promises and waiting 45 min past our reservation time they booked us at bays on different floors! So then we went back to the check in desk explaining once again how we requested to be next to each other. Meanwhile there were plenty of open bays that were available with two side by side bays. We waited another 10 min and finally we got two bays next to each other. We played for our hour. The bill arrived and they tried to charge us for extra playing time. Funny enough my friends had the exact same issue the last time they played at this location with overcharges for playing time. Our reservation was at 8 and we didn't play til about 8:50 PM so they wanted to charge us for the 50 min when we were waiting for our side by side bays. After speaking with the waitress the manager finally came and dealt with the situation. The birthday boy was frustrated and annoyed with the inconvenience. As we were leaving we noticed two young men were assigned our bay which was not even cleaned up from our food and drinks. Strange because there were about 10 open bays next to us. So the two young men had to play at a bay filled with dirty plates and cups because they were not assigned to a bay that was cleaned. If you want to be overcharged, frustrated, annoyed, and given plenty of attitude then I highly recommend Top Golf at Miami Gardens!
