On top of that, I found a hair in my food, which is absolutely disgusting. This place clearly lacks proper hygiene. The staff serves food using the same gloves while touching other surfaces and does not change them. There is very poor sanitation overall, and the place smells bad. If you don’t want hair in your food, do not go here.

The rice was hard, the most expensive protein wasn't juicy or flavorful, despite the decent amount of add ins my bowl was still considerably dry. I don't understand how my food isn't piping hot if i order really close to opening time. The chipotle in NMB off of 167th will always be my go to. This location is pointless.
