The food and drinks here were genuinely good. The burger was amazing, and the margaritas were really solid too. The place itself has a lot going for it in terms of the menu.
What brought the experience down was the staff. They were not warm or welcoming at all, and the service felt cold the whole time. I also ordered the 2-for-1 margarita promo from the menu, but when the check came, I saw it had not been applied and nobody mentioned that it was no longer available. They did adjust the bill after I pointed it out, but then gratuity was added in a way that kept the total basically the same. Overall, good food and drinks, but the staff and how this was handled left a bad impression. They really need better service.

I had a very disappointing experience at this bar. The waiter was extremely rude and clearly not interested in providing proper service. He didn’t even listen to our order and seemed in a rush to leave, as if he had already decided we weren’t worth his time.
As a result, he took the order incorrectly. Only my food was brought out, while my husband’s order was completely ignored. I waited, thinking his dish was coming, but after about 10 minutes the waiter returned and casually said he didn’t even remember the order and could take it again — but it would take at least another 15 minutes.
Thank you for that. Is this considered normal service here?
For context, the dishes we ordered were around $40 each, plus additional items — so it’s not like we were ordering something minimal. The attitude was completely unjustified.
When I asked to speak to a manager, I was rudely told that no one could help me. Very professional.
I honestly don’t even know how to describe how frustrating this experience was. Definitely do not recommend.

One of the best meals I’ve had in SoBe. I had the salmon kabobs and we shared the grilled shrimp salad (delicious!!). Fried fish sandwich was a lot of bread but tasty. I’ll be back.
Ok. I did go back 3 days later for lunch and ordered the exact same thing and it was awful. The food took forever even tho it was less busy and my salad was slop. It obviously was sitting there with the dressing on it for a long time. Shrimp were not hot. Salmon kabobs not hot and mushy. The dressings for each were not the same.

I usually trust Google reviews pretty heavily. Places with 4.5+ stars and a high volume of reviews are almost always a safe bet, which is what brought me here.
Unfortunately, this didn’t live up to that standard.
Service was slow across the board. It took a long time to receive the food, and even paying at the end felt unnecessarily drawn out.
I ordered the Hawaiian smash burger based on the reviews. The side salad was underwhelming, and the burger itself was a major miss. If you’re going to serve a smash burger, the fundamentals need to be dialed in, especially the bun. A fresh brioche or potato bun is the bare minimum. Here, the bread tasted stale and completely missed the mark. The patties were overcooked and the overall flavor just wasn’t there.
I’ll admit I came in hungry and expecting a great meal based on the ratings, which made the disappointment even more noticeable. Maybe this was an off day, but based on this experience, I wouldn’t return. The rating feels inflated.

The drink I was served was completely undrinkable—so sweet it tasted off. Trying to get the bartender’s attention was nearly impossible. When we tried to order food, he talked right over us to someone else multiple times and seemed more focused on his phone than the customers in front of him. We weren’t checked on, weren’t given silverware, and were basically ignored the entire time.
After waiting over an hour, our food finally came out, brought by someone else. To be fair, the food itself was actually okay, but that was the only decent part of the experience. When the bartender finally came over and I told him the drink wasn’t drinkable, he just said, “yeah, it’s really sweet,” and walked away—no apology, no offer to fix it, nothing.
Getting the check was another issue. We had to ask five times before he finally brought it over, and even then it wasn’t itemized—just a total with a tip line, which felt unprofessional
Overall, between the terrible drink, lack of professionalism, and being completely ignored, this was a really frustrating and disappointing experience.
