  I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway location near South Beach. First, communication was difficult as the staff struggled with basic English, which made ordering unnecessarily frustrating. While placing the order, we missed adding one topping initially and politely asked if it could be added later. The staff responded rudely, which was completely unprofessional. Pricing was another major issue. The same sandwich that cost us around $18 here was only about $8 at another Subway in Key West. The price difference is unreasonable and not justified. On top of that, the portion sizes were extremely poor. Even for a full-sized sandwich, the toppings were added in very small quantities. When we requested a bit more, the staff insisted we would have to pay extra. The cheese slices were shockingly small — tiny triangular pieces that didn’t even feel adequate for a regular sandwich. Overall, the service, pricing, and quality were all below expectations. I would not recommend this location. There are many other Subway stores nearby — it’s better to choose a different one.

  Chap serving was chatty and friendly and nice conversation with him ( hope he got his mum a present) food was nice and place was clean. Other than that typical Subway.

  Worst staff ever, they don’t care about customers at all, the lady was very rude and did not know how to prepare a sub.
